3. Your order

When you place an order, you accept our product prices and descriptions. Product shipping is subject to product availability. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will offer you the possibility to modify or cancel your order.

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. Once the payment has been completed, we will provide you with an email order confirmation ("Order Confirmation"). If you do not receive your order confirmation, please check your spam folder.

Ferretería Veiga reserves the right to cancel any order if any irregularities are observed or if the customer personal information is not correctly completed.

4. Payment and pricing

With regard to pricing, the prices displayed on the Site are in Euros and include VAT at the appropriate rate. Shipping is not included in product prices and will be added to the total price of your order depending on the purchased products and delivery address.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically on our online store. For any doubt on shipping rates you may contact us at info@ferreteriaveiga.com.

Prices are subject to changes at any time, but such changes will not be applicable to your order if you have already received an Order Confirmation.

The products you ordered will be property of Ferretería Veiga S.L. until you have completed payment.

The Ferretería Veiga online store accepts payments only in Euros made through credit card, bank transfer or COD (cash on delivery). Maximum payment security is guaranteed.
